Jeremy writes a Forbes column on tax and financial issues at settlement, regularly presents at trial lawyer conferences, and serves on committees for the AAJ, ABA, and the three national settlement planning associations. He also helped found the Plaintiff Fund, a charity supported by Eastern Point that helps plaintiffs pay for unmet medical expenses.

Mr. Santos is an experienced Attorney and Public Notary with degrees in Finance and over 15 years as a management consultant. He specializes in tax planning for individuals, businesses, and plaintiffs, ensuring optimal results within complex regulatory environments.
His expertise spans international tax strategy, estate planning, and business succession, helping global companies and high-net-worth clients minimize liabilities and protect assets. He also advises plaintiffs on settlement structures to maximize after-tax recoveries, blending legal precision with strategic foresight for lasting financial success.

Lawrence J. (Larry) Eisenberg is principal and founder of Lawrence J. Eisenberg, P.C./Compensation Law Group, a boutique law firm that specializes primarily in qualified plan and deferred compensation matters.
He also is founder and president of Forward Giving, Inc., a public charity that devotes its efforts to supporting plaintiffs who are in need (as well as animal rescue and support). Forward Giving also supports innovative charitable planning, focusing primarily on pooled income funds.
Finally, Larry is a co-founder and co-developer of Plaintiff Recovery Trusts, which are used to lower litigation recovery taxes for the benefit of the plaintiff community.

Michele is a Settlement Trust Architect and legal partner with a fiduciary duty to clients. Her career has been dedicated to designing legally sound, risk-mitigated settlement structures that protect claimants while reducing firm exposure. Her experience includes serving as Special Assistant Attorney General on the $600 million Flint Water Case, co-counseling major class actions, and earning repeated national and state recognition for excellence in law and public service.
